At Prestige Podiatry Care, board-certified podiatrist Shivani Panchal, DPM, provides complete podiatry care to people of all ages in Old Greenwich, Connecticut.

Dr. Panchal began her career pursuits at the University of Connecticut in Storrs, earning her bachelor’s degree in economics. Then, she enrolled at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in Manhattan, New York City, and earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine.

Before entering private practice, Dr. Panchal completed a three-year extensive comprehensive residency program at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York City, where she received training in various rotations including wound care, pediatric foot ailments and deformities, trauma and reconstruction of the foot surgery. During her third and final year, she was one of three chief residents that directed 14 fellow co-residents. Dr. Panchal took the initiative to serve tirelessly as a first responder throughout the hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

At Prestige Podiatry Care, Dr. Panchal diagnoses and treats various foot and ankle problems, including foot pain, heel pain, hammertoes, and bunions. As the only provider on staff, she works with patients from the initial consultation through subsequent visits.

The practice is conveniently located and features various services in-house, including ultrasound, the Remy Laser, shockwave, PRP, custom orthotics and digital foot scanning, and easy online booking.

Dr. Panchal takes a conservative, patient-centered treatment approach. Whenever possible, she opts for nonsurgical measures, Keryflex® nail restoration, and Remy laser treatment – an innovative procedure that uses targeted light energy to manage various foot and ankle problems.
